Jason Janes is the College Access Counselor at Wayne County High School. Jason joined the Ayers Foundation in January 2022. Prior to working with the Foundation, he worked for over fifteen years with the Social Security Administration as a Claims Specialist and Training Specialist. Jason also worked for Columbia State Community College for five years as the Learning Center Specialist and Campus Coordinator of the Clifton campus.
Jason received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Martin Methodist College and his Master's degree in Leadership & Public Service from Lipscomb University.
